Ipsy Customer Service

I emailed Ipsy yesterday about the damaged bag I received.  They responded in less than 12 hours and told me they will be sending me a new package to replace to damaged one. This was very nice of them. So far Ipsy has great customer service and Great Products . This is why Ipsy is on my top 3 subscription boxes.

  1. This month was my first month with Ipsy. My bag wasn't damaged, but it was missing an item. According to my glam room, I should have received the MALIN+GOETZ Mojito Lip Balm, and I did not. I only received 4 items, so I contacted Ipsy customer service and they got back to me the next day stating they'd replace my item, although they couldn't guarantee it would be the lip balm, which I'm totally fine with. I'm very happy with the customer service as well. =)
