Fried Cheese Cake Recipe.

I put up a picture one instagram of a fried cheese cake I made for my mom earlier today and got a few request for the recipe through DM. Decided to post it up here where everyone can get it.

Cream Cheese Filling Ingredients.
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 packages (250 g each) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream

- Preheat oven at 350.

1. With a mixer blend the sugar and soften cream cheese in a bowl.
To soften cream cheese toss it in the microwave for 30/40 seconds.

2.Add in the eggs one at a time while still mixing.

3. Add the rest off the ingredients one at a time.

4.Grease baking pan and pour in mixture.

5. Bake for 40 minutes.
Set on cooling for until cool and store in fridge for 4 hours.
- I like to store mines over night so it can be a little firmer.

CRUST

-Heat oil in a deep pan. If you have a deep fryer even better!

This part can be done to your preference.
If you are able to find eggroll wrappers, filo sheets or pastry sheets you can use those.
You may also use soft taco shells.

I prefer pie crust because it will be more flaky when it is done.

1.Cut cheese cake pieces to your desire shape and size and wrap evenly with whichever one of the wrap you decide to do.

2.When oil Is hot drop your cheese cake pieces in the pan.
If using pie crust or a flaky type of cover make sure oil is HOT.
-DO NOT move around until you see it is golden brown because it will fall apart in your pan.

3. When golden Brown Remove.

TOPPINGS!!!
This is also made at your preference.
I like Dulce de Leche or Caramel Sauce with Bananas.

You may Add. Chocolate, Strawberry, Grape, Raspberry, Guava Sauce etc...
Fruits, Coconut shavings, Toffee chips, Hersheys kisses etc.

If you want to go that extra mile add some ice cream and whip cream.
The possibilities are endless.

Serve and Enjoy!

This desert is very decadent so I don't recommend it on a regular basis.
Special occasions is always great.

What are your favorite deserts to make at home?
